My massage approach begins with meeting the uniqueness of each client and developing a plan to treat the root cause of pain and support a balanced nervous system. I offer moderate to deep tissue massage with long, fluid strokes and pauses to integrate the whole body and the nervous system. Communication is foundational to my process and I strive to help clients remember they are the expert when it comes to their own body.

I offer sessions at my studio in downtown Asheville on Fridays, and Saturdays. I also offer mobile massage to client’s homes for an additional fee.

Touch support is a bodywork offering that flows through a series of long, gentle holds on the client’s feet, kidneys, shoulders, and head. The intention is to help the client develop a felt sense of safety and support, allowing their nervous system to settle and regulate. This bodywork session is for clients who want support softening emotional holding patterns and developing a deeper sense of embodiment, safety, and connection.
